We are a team of experienced multilingual (Italian, French, German and Spanish) former bankers who decided to operate in-line with our clients interests and put their needs first. We work with a diverse team of top industry professionals with a common objective to build a place where financial experts can exercise their full potential, delivering best in class services to their clients.

ABOUT THE FOUNDERMassimo Camponovo

Over 25 years’ experience in the wealth management industry focusing on UHNW families with global exposure.
Massimo Camponovo graduated with a law degree from the University of Fribourg (Switzerland) and was admitted to the Swiss Bar in 2002 with a legal, trust and tax background.
Massimo built his Private Banking career, initially in Switzerland, then moved to London in 2007, where he spent 12 years in the Private Banking division of a Swiss Private Bank, and 3 years as an Executive Director in the Private Banking department at the London office of a Luxembourg Private Bank.
Throughout the years, Massimo further expanded his education becoming a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI) and a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
In 2023, Massimo decided to leave banking to establish Newfield Private Office specifically focusing on supporting clients’ complex financial, business and family needs.
